职位描述：

Key Responsibility：

- Set up TCN learning and development system and internal trainer team;

- Develop and implement TCN Annual Learning & Development plan;

- Initiative, design and coordinate TCN learning and development course and other activities to support TCN business needs.

- Implement TCN talent management cycle, facilitate key process, such as performance management;

- Review and optimize competency model base on business needs;

Post Qualification Criteria：

--Have strong ability of communication, coordination, team cooperation spirit

- Be inclined to analytical thinking, e.g. classify messy information as helpful input for problem solving

- Carry out self-management in project and work with priorities to complete projects as scheduled with high quality

- Strong and continuous learning capability and adaptability

- Be willing to work hard and self-development

- Excellent execution

- Familiar with Learning & Development tools

- Good command in English；

- Solid skill in Office

- At least 5 years working experience in training and development function or 3 years project management experience with interesting in HR function

- Bachelor degree or above

- 6 Sigma Green Belt is preferred
