职位描述：

JOB PURPOSE

1. To be the member of first contact team for BI and SD issues in PAM China.
2. Primary responsibility is to the Business Management to support their business needs in BI and SD fields.
3. Cooperate with key users to monitor /control BI and SD operations in order to ensure customer satisfaction through open communication and service level improvement.
4. Working closely with SAP-CANA BI and SD functions and other domain consultants to ensure a high level of quality daily services to the business end user community.
5. Coach and train BI and SD key users to promote their professional knowledge and operation skills
6. Other temporary assignments from the line manager.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure BI and SD tasks/ local IT tasks fulfilled on-time with high quality.
2. Coordinate related resources to fulfill assigned job.
3. Develop/ Implement/ Design/Coordinate IT application projects assigned by line manager.
4. Participate in either SAP or local IT project as required.

1. Information Technology degree.
2. 3 years’ experience of BI/SD/Application Development.
3. Good communication skills and service-oriented.
4. Good sense of responsibility, honesty and ability to handle confidential information
5. Willing to accept stress and challenge.
6. Proficiency in English language (spoken and written)
7. SAP experience is a must
