Job Description:

1 Production and planning
.Implement the production and delivery planning from planning department daily, weekly, monthly and annual bases through the existing resource to meet up the marketing and customer expectations.

2 Quality
.Quality orientated, and focuses on customer expectations, to make sure the production team fulfill the quality requirements from the function related through the resource of people, equipment, process and technology optimizing.
.Quality trouble shooting leading through the company procedures and methodology.

3 ESSH
.Follow up company ESSH procedures and policies during production activities, make sure the production team within the controlled in terms of safety, health, and environment.
.Strictly train the production employees through the ESSH systems, safety committee requirements to achieve the daily and annual ESSH goals.

4 Plant capacity developing
.Focus on efficiency and productivity through the plant capital investments on expansion, engineering updating, bottleneck process analysis, and also operators training, all staff training plan follow up with working efficiency, to increase 2wheel Hefei capacity and output for 2wheel global marketing strategy.

5 People developing
.Coach the production team to make sure the team improving its productivity.
.Train the team according to annual training plan and HRD measures.

6 Cost saving driving
.Leading programs to improve permanently the cost and productivity of the 2 Wheel plant Hefei, scrap attack, OEE improvement and organization optimizing etc..

7 Continuous Improvements
.Introduce new concept and methodology into 2wheel organization for team's mindset re­fresh.
.Leading the team with CBS philosophy to improve on site to delivery better results.


Qualifications:
1 Overall know­how of tires production process or chemical knowledge
2 English writing and speaking
3 IT sense and skills on office (word, excel, ppt, etc.)
4 General management knowledge
5 ISO 9001 or TS 16949


Requirements:
1 Education: University degree in Engineering. Further graduation in Management or even MBA is recommended. Fluent in English.
2 More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing area (minimum).
3 Worked in international team for more than 8 years.
4 More than 5 years of experience in leadership functions/positions (minimum).

Continental AG group was founded in Hanover, Germany in 1871 and is currently one of the five largest automotive suppliers and among top 500 enterprises in the world. In September 2009, as the first manufacturing investment of Continental Tire Division in China, and an important foreign direct investment project of Anhui province, Continental Tires (China) Co. Ltd., was established.

In May,2011, PLT begins production. Since then, Hefei Plant is developed from Phase I to Phase III. And Phase IV is kicked off. Moreover, Two Wheel Plant, R&D Test Center, APAC Training Center, CSS Workshop are launched in Hefei. Till now, we have more than 1800 employees in Hefei Plant.

The factory has the high degree of the production automation which achieves the international advanced level. Along with the development of the new projects which include the new two wheels factory as well as the expansions of the research and development center and the tire factory for passenger vehicles in stage four, respectively, the company will recruit more people with lofty aspirations to join it.
