Job title – Cashier in Finance for Loreal Client Shanghai
Overview of job
This role has full responsibility for day to day activities relate with bank and vendor invoice management-. She/he is overall in charge of handling the daily operational work in alignment with the line manager and the accounting team.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Finance Manager in Shanghai.

Measures of success
In three months, you would have:
? Manage bank accounts of Loreal
? Invoice registration and management
? Check staff reimbursement
In six months, you would have:
? Communicated with banks and deal with basic treasury issues
? Independently manage all issues from staff reimbursement
? Support audit sampling for invoice
In 12 months, you would have:
? Manage all the bank related issues and independently respond all queries from AP
? Oversee all related reports and support colleagues
? Get basic accounting skill
Responsibilities of the role:
? Process Bank Payment
? Distribute Bank Receipt
? Update Bank Journal
? Prepare Weekly Cash Flow Report
? Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliation Report
? Bank Mandate Maintain
? Invoice Management
? Check staff reimbursement
? Register job closing documents
? Ad hoc job
What you will need:
Finance/Accounting background;
Familiar with Excel;
Good at English & Chinese reading & writing.
