职位描述：
? Supervision of the daily activity of the Logistics Coordinators.
? Co-ordinate logistics activities with the other material management disciplines.
? Manage daily activities in accordance with the established project procedures.
? Monitor and review content and quality of distributed reports, including:-
？ Storage status - tracking and reporting
？ Insurance tracking and reporting
？ Transport look ahead reporting
? Assist Project Logistics Lead with development of reporting structures as directed.
? Assist Project Logistics Lead in managing the general and heavy haulage transport functions.
? Manage the retrieval of items in storage, ensuring correct commercial and equipment release protocols are followed.
? Compile and distribute contract modifications (CSI / RFCA) where needed.
? Assist CAs with operational and other support as required
? Process application and operational procedures for movement of DG shipments to PROJECT site.
? Supervise the processing of any OS&D activity.
? Validate logistics contractors’ invoices as received from CAs.
? Management of the overland heavy haulage transport function.
? Work closely with the Jacobs logistics team to ensure efficient and safe transportation from supply points to the Site.
? Manage heavy haulage transport plans with a focus on load and transport safety and adherence to route weight limits, etc.
? Review and where necessary participate in heavy haulage route development or mitigation activities.
? Develop cost minimization strategies – particularly within the heavy haulage area, including loading and unloading handling equipment and methodology.
? Ensure adequate provision of heavy haulage equipment and services in full compliance with contract scope of works and contract terms and conditions.
? Identify service capability shortfalls and develop /manage service capability improvement programs.
? Lead all site heavy haulage awareness and compliance measures to ensure safe transportability of heavy haulage on site roads including adherence to transport management plans. 举报 分享
