1 Be involved from installation to acceptance inspection to hand over and to service for certain key projects, provide supports and coordinate resources
2 Visit the customers who have made influential complaints, follow up the findings and the rectification (if any), and be directly responsible for the customers' satisfaction
3 Provide coordination among branches to assist the implementation of comprehensive service scheme for national key account
4 Provide support on spare parts for key projects, coordinate resources between branches and plants, as well as among branches
5 Detect opportunities to explore key customers; cooperate with key account teams of other departments (e.g. BD), serve key customers from the company's level
6 Ad hocs assigned
Background (State the required education,working experience, language and skills)

Education (Degree, major) :College degree or above
Working Experience (minimum working year & experience):At least 2 years of working experience in elevator industry or public machinery industry like large-scale central air-conditioning, building electricity, (engineering background from) property management company, etc.
Language:Basic knowledge of English
Office skills:Good command of Office Software
Other specific skills:Good communication skills and team work
