职位描述
Reporting to: National Sales Manager, Building Pump
Responsibilities:
1. Develop market of building pump to reach the sales target.开拓楼宇泵市场以达成销售指标;
2. Develop, train, support and manage distributors in his/her responsible zone. 负责所辖区域内的经销商开拓、培训、支持及管理;
3. Visit DI, M&E and end-users where appropriate.根据需要拜访设计院、总包商及终端用户;
4. Prepare the selection, quotations, product literatures together with the bidding documents to customers.为客户选型、报价、准备产品资料及投标文件;
5. Ensure the proper handling and follow up of enquiries received from potential customers.确保对潜在客户需求的处理及跟踪;
6. Cooperate with all marketing events in his responsible zone.协助区域内的市场活动;
7. Prepare sales forecasts and other documents per request.根据要求准备销售预测及相关资料。
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in HVAC, Engineering or relevant major.本科以上学历,空调暖通、工程类或相关专业;
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of commercial building pump.三年以上楼宇水泵销售经验;
3. Good relationship with the pump dealers, developers, contractors, relative designers, consultants, and etc.与泵经销商、开发商、总包商、及相关设计院、顾问等有良好的合作关系;
4. Have good technical background in HVAC, Water Feed & Drainage and pump.拥有空调暖通/给排水领域及泵的良好的技术背景。
