职位描述：
Main Objective:
Responsible for developing, applying, revising, and maintaining quality standards for materials, processes and products, solving complex quality engineering problems in creative and effective ways.

Key Areas of Responsibility：
1. Assist Quality Manager solve any quality issue that feed back from internal and customer to reduce reject PPM；Solve the customer’s complaint effective.
协助质量经理处理处理内部及客户反馈的品质问题，有效地降低客户拒收比率；及时处理客户投诉。

2. Execute validation on new/existence product; make sure the production is ordinary.
协调完成新旧产品的验证，确保顺利转产及生产正常；

3. Execute validation on special process in production and equipment, ensure the production process meet the law requirement.
协调完成特殊工序和设备的验证， 确保生产过程符合法规要求。

4. Assist Quality manager to communicate with customer and coordinating Operation site to set quality inspection standard and acceptance level;
协助质量经理与客户沟通并协调设定产品检查标准和接受标准；

5. Coordinating and support the Measuring Method/Gauge R&R of the new Project.
协调完成新项目的量测方法和量测的重复性和再现性确认；

6. Assist Quality manager Quality System compliance assurance and Take quality improvement action and optimize product & process flow both in operation and customer site;
协助质量经理确保品质系统的符合性， 推进品质改善；优化产品和制程；

7.Control the inner process to ensure the quality of the product, Solve and analysis production quality issues.
控制内部流程保证产品质量，为生产质量问题提供分析和解决方案

8. Training operator & inspector .
为生产及检验人员提供培训

Requirements:
Bachelor or above, majored in Mech. Engineering
5+ years of experience in a quality role supporting high volume manufacturing of mechanical products
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good English.
Clear communication and logical thinking
Know ISO9000 and can use different QC tools
Be familiar with typical mechanical mfg. processes and technologies (i.e machining, welding, etc.) 举报 分享
