职位描述：
Responsibility：
1.Ensure for each product/process - Control plan, Flow charts, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Test definition, IMDS, Work instruction, signed PSW signed by customer
2.Plan of external tests
3.Piloting project meetings
4.PPAP submission on time as per rolling agenda/Gate system
5.Succesfully signed projects to production
6.Calibration
7.Design/Process/Material/Supplier Change – Control plan, Flow charts, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Test definition, IMDS, Work instruction
8.Investigate systems’ failures and issues via 8D principles for development phase
9.Perform quality assessments.
10.Customer specific requirements for product and process
11.Consult with department managers about audit results and implement corrective/improvement actions.
12.Communicate with external clients about corrective/improvement actions.
13.Participation on the new product development
14.Pursue self-development and training in current quality principles
15.Training for shift-leaders from work instructions and control plans
16.Conducting SOP readiness audit

Requirement:
1.All processes and product under PPAP are per customer milestones
2.Internal audit findings show Control plans and work instruction in place
3.Manufacturing process handed over to serial production have a Cpk 1,33
4.To ensure issued quality documents (control plans, SOP`s etc.) are up to date – cooperation with development engineer
5.“Green” standard achieved for any VDA audit in 2016
6.Attend at project related customer Quality and Engineering visits and when nominated 举报 分享
