Direct Reporting Line: Senior Manager Operations
Location: Shanghai


Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Acting in a key role to provide a conduit between adidas China IT teams and adidas China eCom business team to ensure adidas China eCom information technology needs are managed consistently within the boundaries of time, cost and quality while focusing and support adidas China business target.

Key Responsibilities:
? Work with business process owners to identify and document business requirements and processes
? Analysis business requirements for IT service and transfer these requirements to system and solution requirement
? Work with Global IT and local vendor to delivery IT solution to realize the business requirements
? Responsible for system realization, develop functional specification, prepare user testing case, perform integration testing, prepare user training materials and deliver end user training on adidas China Official Site and Order Management System.
? Assistant line manager on all eCom initiative and project
? RFC management to ensure approvable and deliverable in time
? Work with adidas IT team to support eCom IT hosting and Infrastructure management
? Monitor and analysis on eCom relevant vendor performance via adidas ticket system and generate relevant report
? Vendor management

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Proven strong problem solving, data interpretation, analytical skills and presentation skills.
? Strong written and oral English skill


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
? Above bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent area
? Rich project management experience in eCom IT support or eCom business
? More than 7 years of IT experience with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in eCom IT service/solution/process development and delivery 举报 分享
