The data analyst works closely with IT department to build the CRM database and ensure its quality.
He / She is in charge of the data architecture and of their exploitation & modeling to develop customer knowledge with the Marketing department.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data mining studies with SPSS
- Identify relevant criteria to segment the customers and better develop their loyalty
- Provide analysis and reports about customer insights
- Communicate about customers insights across the company to feed key departments with customer knowledge
- Support CRM operations with relevant customer analysis and CRM campaigns reports
- Manage projects aiming to continuously maintain a qualitative database and enrich it with new indicators (web, social networks...)
REQUIRMENTS:
- Excellent skills in programing languages & softwares
- Excellent skills in data analysis and statistics methodologies
- Organized, rigorous, curious, obsessed about customer satisfaction
- Excellent level in English
- Hybrid Statistics / Computer Engineering / Marketing
