岗位描述 YOUR TASKS
Support for customers 客户支持
1. Support for a specified customer as a central contact for customer and Hella internally, in quality-related issues. Participate in customer calls for the purpose of discussing the quality situation and, with that, related contexts.

2. Plan, prepare, and conduct visits to the customer.

3. Receive and process quality questions, quality problems, as well as customer wishes and customer needs in the area of quality. In addition, collaborate in working out the tasks resulting from these in cooperation with the appropriate departments.

4. Carry out fault analyses at 0-km and field failures, evaluate the results, and collaborate in deciding whether the fault was that of the customer or Hella.

5. Process, coordinate, and manage plant-specific issues.

Evaluate and analyze 评估和分析
1. Carry out, analyze, and interpret general and quality-relevant statistical evaluations such as NQE, CLR,PPM, and WR. Create reports and information for internal and external sites.
实施质量数据(NQE, CLR, PPM, WR)的统计,分析和评估,并将报告内部相关的对口部门。
2. Show negative developments and focus problems in the NQE, CLR PPM, and WR. Initiate improvement projects in the appropriate companies and plants, based on the determined device or fault focus areas. Follow the progress and efficiency of the project

3. Monitor the customer portals continuously; analyze and monitor the quality situation. Interpret / analyze data; support the management of actions

Collaborate in further development of the QPC roles 指导各工厂客户质量的工作
1. Prepare the trainings for the QPC in all customer-related issues (contractual contents, agreement with customers, e.g., QSV, customer portals, etc.)

2. Support the carrying out of regular meetings for the quality situation with the QPC (maintenance of the network)

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1. Undergraduate course with mechanical or electronic
机械或者电子相关本科毕业
2. 10+ years’ experience in automotive industry,include 5+years’ experience in quality.
10年以上的汽车行业工作经验, 其中至少有5年的质量工作经验。
3. Good communication and customer service skills, able to work independently and under pressure
良好的沟通能力,能够在压力下独立完成工作
4. Good knowledge on quality method and mechanism analysis ability.
良好的质量工具应用能力
5. Fluent oral English
流利的英语口语
