岗位职责：
1、负责商场投诉处理，各类突发事件协调处理；
2、配合主管的工作安排；
任职资格：
1、***，身高1.60米以上，18-35岁；
2、中专及以上学历，具备基础英语口语能力更佳；
3、应届生可，一年以上物业、酒店或前台相关经验优先；
4、沟通良好，形象良好。

常日班
薪资待遇：
税前工资2800-3200/月、五险一金、部分商业保险、年底绩效考核奖金及年休假等
