职位描述：

Responsibilities：

? Participate in project teams

? Accomplish with established quality responsibilities for project management, applying the requirements of

customers in their referential (APQP, PPAP, AQMPP, ANPQP, Formel-Q and others)

? Plan and coordinate the validation of the product, ensuring compliance with quality and reliability requirements established, suggesting actions which go beyond the specification of the Customer.

? Consolidate on each project, in coordination with the corresponding STA `s , the data from the suppliers for the project until complete acceptance of the initial samples.

? Participate in multifunctional teams for activities that require it. (FMEA's, Control Plan, Special Features, etc ...)

? Managing issued documentation and records as a result of the implementation of the Project Management activities, completing the corresponding AQPP Dossier.

? Being a guarantor and promoter of the implementation of procedures by the Project Team in the development of activities.

? Ensure that during the development of the projects all necessary activities are carried out to ensure product quality:

Establish quality objectives; Identification of internal and external specifications (product technical specification)

Development of control plans and product and process validation; Verification of samples to be send to customers;Homologation of supplied parts ;Quality Risk Management

? Support other functions (intra or interdepartment) to achieve Grupo Antolin objectives.

? Develop the activities of his responsibility, accomplishing the established procedures.

Professional Competencies ;

? TS 16949 requirements and practical application

? Customer specific requirements knowledge (major global OEM’s)

? Full understanding of product application / requirements and HVAC system knowledge

? Full understanding of manufacturing processes

Broad knowledge of problem solving & quality improvement / control methods: 8D, FMEA,..

- Junior college degree or above, Quality or Engineering Background;

- Over 3 Years working experience in Automotive industry, Tier-1 supplier experience with BMW preferred

- Be able to work overtime and business trip (Shenyang).

Good communication and teamwork ability.

Education:

University graduate with bachelor

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of English and computer
