职位描述：
The candidate should have all-round knowledge in software testing including functional, non-functional and automated testing. The responsibilities include:
? Coordinate with project teams to plan test scope, test schedule and test activities
? Prepare testing documents like test strategy and test plan
? Support testers to execute test scripts
? Manage and report testing progress
? Adhere to the relevant Global Standards
? Support process improvement
? Coordinate with Development Team, Business Team, Interface Systems and Governance Parties
职位要求：
? At least 6 years of experience in software testing or related fields
? High proficiency in verbal and written English
? Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
? Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
? Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
? Solid experience in functional test, regression test, performance test and automated testing
? Solid experience in test management tools like Quality Center
? Solid experience in team management
? Solid experience in banking/finance industry

Any of the following will be an advantage:
? Experience in IBM i platform
? Holder of ISTQB certification or equivalent
? Experience in managing testing of global project
