岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

• Execution of all the daily inspection, repair and maintenance for all the infrastructural systems in the right quality and order, ensure the whole company running smoothly and internal satisfaction.
• Conduct the company decoration, restruction and refurbishment projects, as well as layout optimization
• Implement company moving and relocation issue
• Support regular facility maintenance/inspections/follow up
• Coordinate daily maintenance with the property management company
• Implement and carry out the emergency response plan
• Make report for water and electricity consumption
• Other job assigned by Department Manager

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Maintenance experience more than 4 years
• Low voltage electrician certificate and AutoCAD skill is a must
• English: proficient on writing, fluent on speaking
• Familiar with word/Excel/Power point
• Integrity & Trust, Customer Focus
• Male preferred
