JD:
- Understanding of Mold, molding,MIM and process.
- be in charge of all tooling, processes and equipment.
- Guide and train all Engineers.
- Lead the whole engineering team.
- Supervise and lead engineers, assistant engineers, and technicians on the technical requirement, quality control, projects, product development, and oversee production.
- Creating plans that will help the organization meet the goals required for new products or existing products.
- Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Plan, direct and coordinate the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.
- Assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department.
- Set scientific and technical goals within broad outlines provided by top management.
- Establish administrative policies, procedures, and standards.

The Candidate:
1) 5-10 years work experience in Engineering, bachelor degree;
2) Proficiency in email, Word, Excel and other office software;
3) Have good communication ability and the team cooperation spirit;
4) Good command of spoken and written English.

JD：
