职位描述：
Responsibilities and key activities:
Failure analysis for electrical / electronic components
Carry out analysis of customers’ complained materials e.g. PCBAs, Drive modules, etc.
Propose corrective actions or change requests base on analysis results.
Set up a complete method of failure analysis through both internal and external available resources e.g. 3rd lab, manufacturer.
Perform reliability testing
Corporate with R & D functions for the reliability testing requirement definition, management and realization.
Build up good and reasonable reliability testing system according to specific requirements for ensuring whole testing running smoothly and effectively without any delay
Regular communication relating progress, status of reliability testing. Quick re-action if there is additional voice from projects or others
Drive quality, continuous improvement after reliability testing if needed.
Propose significant ideas of improving quality and reliability base on testing results and analysis results.
Compile reliability reports in regular testing. Maintain responsible reliability reports systematically

Requirements:
Education: B.Sc. or equal knowledge in engineering.
Minimal 5 years’ working experience in electrical / electronic field.
R & D, F & A, Reliability related experience in electronic is preferred.
Good understanding of electronic knowledge and theory. Board knowledge on power electronics e.g. boost, buck and VFD. Experience in PCBA R & D will be a plus.
Be familiar with electronic failure modes and failure mechanism e.g. EOS, ESD, EM, etc. Provide necessary actions to improve reliability if needed.
Skilled with electronic failure analysis technology e.g. functional test, X-RAY, C-SAM, etc.
Be familiar with electronic components(MOS, IC, resistor, etc.) manufacturing process and datasheet. Critical parameter of electronic components should be understandable.
Be familiar with related IPC standard e.g. IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600.
Good at statistical analysis and reliability test modelling base on various requirements. Perform reliability testing independently.
Experience in Quality / Reliability process including DFMEA, PFMEA, etc
Fluent English both in speaking and writing. 举报 分享
