职位描述/Job description：
·为经销商提供技术方面的支持，包括疑难问题支持解决、提高一次修复率、索赔管理、重大问题解决
Provide technical support to dealers, include hard to fix concern resolution, improve FIRTFT, claim approval, critical concern resolving.

主要职责/Roles & responsibility：
·支持指导经销商解决疑难问题，提高一次修复率
Instruct and support the dealers to solve Hard-to-fix quality concern and to improve their FIRTFT Rate.
·提升经销商解决问题的能力从而防止车辆退回案件的发生
Instruct the dealers to prevent buyback case through quality improvement activity for Hard-to-fix quality
concern.
·处理重大客户投诉（事故车、火烧车等）
Handling the inquiries from the authority, dealers, and the users on individual important quality issues
(accident case, fire case, and buyback demand).
·索赔批准
Approve dealer warranty claims.

任职条件/qualifications：
·本科及以上
Bachelor degree or above.
·汽车相关专业
Majored in automobile engineering/technology.
·3年以上汽车制造及售后服务领域工作经验
Have more than 3-year experience in the automobile manufacturing or after service.
·汽车服务领域的丰富经验
Have wide experience in the vehicle service.
·乘客车的中级理论知识、维修的技巧和经验
Intermediate level knowledge on the theory of passenger-car and repair skills and experiences.
·良好的计算机技能
High computer skills
·良好的沟通技巧及文件撰写能力
High communication skills and documentation skills.

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd. Nanjing Company (CFMANJ), established in February 2005, is a three-party joint venture with prestigious Chinese and overseas automotive bands namely Changan, Ford and Mazda.
