·对经销商进行现场拜访，实施整改提高
Visit dealers on the spot and take actions to improve performance.

主要职责/Roles & responsibility：
·制定经销商服务现场管理考核标准;
Constitute Service Management Assess Regulation for Dealers
·对区域内经销商定期拜访并实施整改;
Periodic Visit to zone Dealer and set down improvement action
·帮助区域内经销商提高服务业绩;
Make action to help zone dealer to expand service performance
·帮助区域内经销商提高CSI;
Help zone dealer to improve CSI
·向经销商贯彻实施马自达服务政策;
Put Mazda's service policy into practice in dealerships
·收集市场信息;
Collect market information

绩效评估标准/Appraise for performance：
·长安马自达服务品牌认知度;
Chang'an Mazda Service Brand Building Up
·经销商服务业绩的提高;

任职条件/qualifications：
·大学本科, 车辆工程/管理专业;
University graduate in automobile engineering or management
·3年以上汽车厂家售后区域服务工作经验;
Over 3 years vehicle service area experience
·熟练运用办公软件;
Be familiar with Office software such as MS excel ,word
·英语听说流利;
Fluent spoken English and listening skill

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd. Nanjing Company (CFMANJ), established in February 2005, is a three-party joint venture with prestigious Chinese and overseas automotive bands namely Changan, Ford and Mazda. The company locates in Nanjing Jiangning Economical & Technological Zone with a construction area of 190,000 square meters.
