职位描述：
Job Responsibilities(工作职责)：
Business:
- Bring in expertise to support Paper Business in terms of sound practices
- Develop and rollout robust business control systems and support the Management of Mills and control departments to implement these
- Monitor the Budgeting exercise and performance reviews and advise respective mills/ functions to improve performance
- Capex review and give inputs to the management on capex optimization
- Regular communication with Mills regarding control functions
- Support Mills to achieve their goals – short term as well as long term
- Develop systems for working capital management like inventory, spares, finished goods, receivables etc. and regular review
People:
- Build skilled and efficient business control teams in Head qtr and Mills
- Provide training and guidance to staff in Control function
- Support Mills Management and other Functions to learn good business control practices
- Bring in professional working environment to build confidence in this function


Job Requirements(岗位要求)
- About 10 years experience in Business control or other related areas in Pulp & Paper
- Should be MBA/ CPA
- Exposure to other areas of operation will be preferred. Multi tasking
- Should be a good team leader, able to manage big team across countries and a self starter
