岗位职责:
1.Ensure the implementation of the plan (continually assess the present situation of the value stream, ensure the implementation of action plan, plan to achieve cost reduction)
按计划确保计划的实施性(不断地评估价值流的现状,确保行动计划的执行,按计划实现成本降低)
2.Use the effective methods to improve the labor productivity of employees.
运用有效的手段提高员工的劳动生产率
3.According to the actual situation of departments make personnel, financial expenses budget. According to budget, control production costs and other expenses.
根据部门的实际情况制定人员、财务费用等预算.并根据预算,控制车间生产成本及其它费用
4.Regularly scheduled the management meeting in department, analysis the variance of each kind of data and make action plan to improve.
定期安排部门内的管理会议分析各类数据的差异并制定行动计划来改善
5.Combine with the concept of lean production, support team to solve the problem, looking for continuous improvement opportunities
结合精益生产的理念,支持工作团队解决问题,寻找持续改进的机会
6.Implement the lean production theory, control and ensure the entire production process from raw material input to output orderly, efficiently. Know the whole process of production; develop resource allocation plans and policies in accordance with the requirements to ensure the lowest resources consumption, to meet customer requirements.
贯彻精益生产理念,控制和保证从原材料投入至产出的整个生产过程有序、高效运行,掌握生产的全过程,按照需求制定合理的资源配置计划与制度,保证以最低的资源消,满足客户的要求
7.Pay attention to the effective operation of the entire value stream
关注整个价值流的有效运行
8.Personnel management and reasonable resources allocation, support team work, give feedback, cooperate to make good employee relationship work (recognition, punishment)
人员管理-合理配置资源,支持团队的工作,提供反馈,配合做好员工关系的工作(认可、表彰、违纪惩罚)
9.Responsible for the balance of production and personnel in each area of the value stream, arrange the personnel reasonably, control overtime in the legal scope.
负责价值流内各区域的生产及人员的平衡、合理的安排人力,控制员工的加班在合法的范围
10.Pay attention to communicate with the employees, proactively organize relevant resources to implement rational suggestions from employees. Communicate with HR to make sure information smooth between company and employees.
重视与员工的交流沟通,对员工提出的合理化建议积极组织有关资源予以落实。和人力资源部加强沟通保证公司、员工之间的信息畅通
11.Employee development, evaluate individual performance, make employee career development plan and succession plan
员工发展-评估个人表现,制定相关人员的职业发展规划,制定后续人选计划
12.Set department and improve employee career development plan
制定部门与完善员工职业发展规划
13.Training, positively provide guidance to related employees and take responsibilities
培训-积极指导相关人员,履行范围的职责
14.Key indicators implementation, check key indicators of production including safety, quality, OA, cost, lean production and full participation
关键指标的落实-检查生产制造的关键指标,包括安全,质量,OA,成本,精益生产和全员参与
15.Health and Safety, implement MBPS and QS, ISO
健康与安全 / DMS 推行 / QS,ISO
16.Formal customer complaint, PPM, Spill, FTQ and scrap rate
正式客户抱怨/PPM/Spill/FTQ/报废率
17.SA, inventory turnover rate, On time delivery rate, urgent charges, WIP inventory accuracy and reduction
SA/ 库存周转率 / 发货准时率/ 加急运费 / WIP库存准确性与降低
18.Budget, actual and budget, product profit target, PPHH, manufacturing cost percent

任职要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历
2.Above 5 years of production, workshop management experience
5年以上生产车间管理经验
3.Familiar with production line operation process and 5S, process control, quality control methods
熟悉车间生产线操作流程以及5S、过程控制等质量控制手段
4.Good communication skills, problem solving skills
良好的沟通技巧能力,问题解决能力
5.Comply with and implement the company policies, work hard and follow the instructions of the leadership
遵守并执行公司的各项规定,认真学习并按领导的指示办事
6.Understand the basic knowledge of production management
