Job Description
- Assist to maintain the quality management system and ensure that the QA system is functioning properly
- Review, update and maintain production and product certifications
- Identifying the customer requirements by order review.
- Setting up and maintaining the product quality plans.
- Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods and procedures for staff to apply
- Identifying relevant quality-related training needs, coach the staff for quality tools.
- Setting up and monitor quality controls and documentation;
- Analysing performance data and charts against defined goals.
- Summarize and report quality KPIs with improvement plan.
- Identifying the potential of improvements and following up the improvement actions.
- Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation;
- Participate the perform internal audits
- Coordination 3rd party inspection, customer witness and audits.
Competence Requirements
(minimum)
- College degree or above
- Minimum 3 years related working experience.
- Good English communication skill for both oral and written
- Master MS office: WORD, EXCEL, etc.
