Key Accountabilities:
1、Team Management and Sales Coaching
-Carry out assessments of the field representatives, cooperate with HR for the talents selection in the field to ensure the high efficient workforces in the field;
-Develop the skills and knowledge of the field personnel
2、KOL Management
-Analyze marketing opportunities and analyze customers in the region, to make sure Molnlycke business strategy being followed.
-Keep contacts with KOLs in the region and developing new business opportunitiey.
3、Distributors and Commercial Management
-Being responsible for maintaining network with Commercials distributors, to ensure smooth supply channel in the market;
-Ensure healthy profitability by reviewing and deciding distributor rebates and other incentives with Commercial team;
-Co-ordinate with Commercial team for local tendering issues in order to achieve potential sales and better market coverage
4、 Marketing Strategy
-Being involved into local marketing strategies designing and implementation;
-Implement sales strategies in the region by allocating of resources (personnel cost and capital investment) per hospital, setting up sales target to hospital;
-Monitor the organization of promotion activities in hospital;
Qualifications and experience:
-Bachelor Medical Degree or above educational background;
-Master Degree in Surgery is preferred;
-5+ year’s sales experience with medical device in a multinational company and 3 years managerial experience or above.
