职位描述：
Job Functions:
1.Responsible for Equipment distribution and forecasting, longstanding equipment control, DND and stock management,maximize the utility and savings per unit cost.
2.Cooperating with HQ,depot, sales, document and shipping agent to keep the equipment in dynamic balance.
3.Monitoring system data, finding the root reason and solving issues real-time.
4.Import business and inbound customer service,B/L manifest data updating and VAS。

 Job Responsibility
1.Check EDI data(terminal/Depots) in Dolphin system
2.Check the container stock everyday
3.Perform the container consumption forecast every week and send EQP repo request report to HQ
4.Check and clear longsaty containers
5.Calculate DND in Dolphin system
6.Arrange cnee return offhire units to offhire depot in time and update activity in Dolphin system
7.Herald HQ’s instruction and check daily jobs with depots
8.Provide VAS services to customers
9.Update VAS charge in Dolphin and send VAS report to HQ
10.Develop and maintain good relationship with inbound customers to meet consignees’ requirement and improve RCL’s reputation
11.Keep close touch with FOB customers to get Sales Leads and follow-up S/Ls in dolphin CRM module
12.Cooperate with POLs to learn the inbound trends

Accountabilities:
1.At least 1 year experience in related business
2.Fluent English both oral and written
3.PC knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point 举报 分享
