职位描述：
Essential Responsibilities：
1.Receive the sales order and requirements from customer.
2.Use SAP system, working close with production, make monthly overview plan, weekly plan and also daily plan.
3.MPP production plan need check with quality, according to release time frame to plan and ensure the plan to be finish in the time frame.
4.Knowledge in safety stock and VMI management to keep inventory days in task.
5.Responsible for the material on time delivery, and coordinate with the returnable package with supplier.
6.Responsible for purchasing active, including purchasing plan, release PO, follow the confirmation from supplier and negotiate & discussion.
7.Material plan, purchasing order follow up to ensure production and customer demand while optimizing lot sizing, lead times, safety stock etc.
8.Inventory control to achieve inventory target, obsolete and slow moving inventory control, manage phase in, phase out.
 


主要职责：
1.负责接收客户订单和需求；
2.通过SAP系统，负责制定月度的计划， 负责制定给生产班组的日计划和周计划；
3.MPP 释放的物料需要根据质量提供的MPP清单安排计划，确保在计划在时效内完成；
4.需要有建立安全库存和VMI的经验, 确保库存周转率；
5.负责物料准时到货，并和供应商协调回收包装事宜；
6.负责制定采购计划， 下达采购订单，跟踪订单，和供应商确认并沟通采购事宜；
7.跟进材料计划、采购要求，确保生产和客户的需求，并最优化批量大小、订货至交货时间、安全库存等；
8.按照存货目标进行常规存货、旧货及呆滞存货控制，管理材料进出。

 

 

 

Qualifications/Requirements:
 
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. More than 2 years’ experience in planning;
3. Experience in SAP system or other ERP is preferred;
4. Familiarity with processes in logistics and warehousing;
5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
6. Excellent interpersonal communication;
7. Excellent command of English, both in oral and written;
8. Experienced in using Microsoft office (Excel, Word, etc.) and office automation equipment.

2.两年以上计划工作的经验；
3.熟悉SAP系统或其他ERP的优先；
4.有一定的工厂物流和仓库经验；
5.较强的分析解决问题能力；
6.优秀的人际交往和沟通能力；
7.熟练的英语会话交流以及写作能力；
8.熟练使用办公软件及办公自动化设备。
