主要工作职责KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1) Audit the production process to make sure the operators are following the correct operational and work instruction procedures.

2) Audit production equipment in order to confirm correct and safe operation of the equipment.

3) Provide trouble shooting assistance with problem parts or when a process seems to be running out of specification or control.

4) Maintain and improve first time yields by process.

5) Develop job specific training courses and presentations that can be used for one-on-one training of new operators and also for re-training of existing operators. Be responsible for the training of all new operators.

6) Update work instructions to ensure the operators have the most current process information available to them. When a work instruction or process changes or is updated, the process technicians will perform the training to all effected operators.

7) Lead or be involved with special projects on an as needed basis – development of new processes & equipment.

8) Define and maintain the standard BOM and process routing in ERP system.

9) Promote 5S, Lean manufacturing, Kaizan, Kanban and Poka Yoke activities.

College/University and above with experience in powder metals processes and equipment

2. 专业知识 KNOWLEDGE:

Powder Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering. 5S, Lean manufacturing, Kaizan, Kanban and Poka Yoke activities.

技能 SKILLS:

Read and write English, Microsoft computer skills, communication, effective time management, self motivated, data analyst capacity, problem solving, learning skill, discernment skill, project management

工作经验 WORK EXPERIENCE

Metal powders processing or manufacturing engineering with at least 5 years experience.

管理经验 MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE：

Team leader experience, project management.
