职位描述
Job Content:
1. Assist local SAP project leader to coordinate with key users from each internal divisions and team from France to complete SAP system locally establishment.
2. Collect required data/info from each key user and follow up generated issues with teammates from France.
3. Arrange SAP team meeting and draft meeting minutes
4. Documentation & filling in the process of the SAP proejct
5. Monitor and check the translation work done by supplier
6. Other general support for local SAP project leader
Requirements:
1. 2~3 years relative working experience in similar position
2. Major in computer, economics, business administration and etc.
3. Communicative English both in written and verbal
4. SAP experience is a plus
5. Familiar with general operation process of different departments in the plant
6. Excellent communication skills, warm, positive attitude
7. Good personnel characteristics and team player
8. Skilled in Word, Excel and other office software
