Requirement:

Bachelor Degree Major: Electronic or related major

Good written and spoken English, German is a plus

Familiar with the theory of automation System, Solid knowledge in both hardware and software of Simatic product such as S7300, Profibus system

About 7 years related experience in electric project commissioning and minimum 2 year as supervisor/manager of a similar team

Structured thinking and problem solving oriented approach

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Job description:

Read and analyze the assignment of tasks

Evaluate the technical and commercial specification of theCustomer

Check feasibility

Draft quotation

Calculate the material costs

Calculate the personnel needed (man-day) including clarifying the necessity of purchasing the personnel from outside

Presentation for customers and explain the details

Coordinate with all order follow-up related personnel

Clarify detailed question for customer

Purchase special components, draft product specification if necessary and bid invitation for supplier

Accompany with the customer acceptance concerning complex machines.

Team management Determine / introduce specific employee training.

Select, manage, assess and promote of employees in the area of responsibility to ensure long-term corporate success with motivated employee.

Provide guidance to subordinates concerning ethical practices in any related activity.

Control the schedule and budget, process monitoring and quality control

Conduct cost analyse the electro technical equipments

Take care about the Price list of Automation Technique

Check the documentation

Cooperate closely with all departments to achieve the company target.

Finish other tasks relevant to this position
