职位描述
Responsibilities:
Screen the order
Filter out the customer specification
Define the deviation from the BEUMER-Standard
Coordinate with Technical Function Area (important information character)
Incorporate the customer specification into our specification, use the template
Develop the control concept with new machines and equipments
Clarify the scope of supply with the customer
Create the equipment list based on the standard and previous installations, drawings, motor list and pneumatic drawing
Create the equipment list for new machines
Submit the specification to department manager for approval and transfer approved specification to procurement department.
Get the GA Drawings from Technical Function Area and modify to electrical layout with the program Medusa
Develop index value for Hardware engineer to create the electrical layout and control
Create electrical layout for commissioning and customer
Check the circuit diagram for completeness and accuracy
Basis of the examination is the index value
Control and monitor, whether the circuit diagram is delivered on schedule
Monitor the schedule of the project
Keep filing the circuit diagram and its amendment.
Clarify the technical problems during the project
Carry out the entire electrical installation
Carry out commissioning without important program adoption
Check machines and equipments according to the effective electrical regulations(VDE)
Provide systematic consulting service, advice or support regarding trouble shooting independently
Train the customer according to PM/SE documentation
Cooperation with all departments Cooperate closely with all departments to achieve the company target.
