Job Summary:

Responsible for managing our textile testing laboratory, conducting required testing, and evaluating our product while maintaining strict deadlines. Work closely with our QC Technicians to coordinate their activities and provide support. Ensure compliance with Company quality standards and customer specifications.

- Textile Testing
纺织品质量检验
o Responsible for performing analyses and tests required for research, development and quality control. Compiles, analyzes and interprets results. Completes appropriate reporting.
负责产品性能测试与研究测试,研发以及质量检验. 根据实验结果,分析和阐明结果并完成相应的实验报告.
o Provide technical testing advice and recommendations based on testing results.
根据实验结果, 提供技术支持和指导.
o Arrange all China based outside testing labs and act as main liaison. Arrange samples from factories; coordinate and track testing. Keep excellent records and communicate with US office.
安排所有中国区第三方实验室并担任主要联系人. 协调工厂样品,联系人以及跟踪实验.出色完成相应报告并联络美国办事处.
o Maintain the lab; tidiness, organization, and ensure it is always ready for use.

o Inspects all components and raw materials received from vendors for compliance with Company and customer product specifications and requirements, and makes determination to release components for production or delivery, in collaboration with Product Development. Inputs all sampling data results in the Company database and prepares a report on the data collected.

- QC Inspections

o Responsible for coordinating the QC functions, including working with the QC inspectors to create the inspection schedule for shipment inspections and auditing.

o Support the QC inspectors to ensure efficient, effective and problem free QC inspections.

o Ensure that the operational costs are minimized through a well-managed schedule.

o Assist the Quality Manager as needed with responsibilities of the QC and QA function in China, including process improvement.

Job Requirements：

1. Must be a graduate of an accredited college or university.

2. A relevant textile degree will be highly valued.

3. Must have extensive knowledge of fabrics/weaving/quilting/and cut and sew operations.

4. Fluency in reading, writing, and communicating in English is a requirement for this position.

5. Minimum 4 years’ experience in a quality control and testing position in the textile field.

6. Experience in the requirements of the USA market highly valued.
