职位描述：
Job Task:
1 HSE management:
1) Seriously learn and comply with enterprise HSE guidelines, related management procedures; be responsible for position safety work, not do anything violate work disciplines and work procedures.
2) Observe the corporate HSE policy, procedures and working instructions of the plant.
3) The personnel who performs the positions relating to the identified significant environmental aspects / risks shall follow the relevant HSE responsibilities specified in the job description.

2 Function Management
Determine the manpower requirements and labour division, unit structure, performance objectives and standards, team member performance measurement and improvement, budget, expenditures and cost control.

3 People Management
Delegate to subordinates based on competence and willingness to accept responsibility. Develop the subordinates by coaching and recommending bonus and salaries in order to motivate team members and improve professional skills and working

4 Logistics/Warehouse Management
1) Develop and implement logistics processes to improve operating efficiencies.
2) 3PL Outsourcing Management in logistics/warehouse operation.
3) Liaise with internal departments / procurement on any logistics related issues
4) Always obtain the good freights rates from Carriers/ Forwarders
5) Strict monitor warehouse performance & make sure the smooth operation.
6) Provide better support for business by improving OTIF.
7) Use and implementation of Logistics procedures and systems in order to provide products that are required by our customer and meet his satisfaction
8) 3PL KPI performance management – Freight forwarders & Warehouse service providers

Requirement:
1 University degree or above, major in logistic, trade or English, at least five years working experience with logistic management in antomotive or manufacture
2 At least 5 years' good relevant warehouse & Logistics
3 Logical & analytical mind
4 With work initiative and continuous improvement
5 Good interpersonal and communication skills
6 Good team spirit
7 Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing 举报 分享
