职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Drive targeted, sustainable improvement that is tied to Policy Deployment (PD) and Daily Management (DM) by leveraging DBS tools, consulting skills, and change management process.
? Assist platform/company Leadership in the development of an NPD improvement roadmap (i.e., how to use the DBS tools to drive sustainable improvement in results).
? Assist platform/company in the deployment and sustainment of DBS Tools for NPD, including DBS Fundamental tools, Product Planning Group (PPG), Accelerated Product Development (APD), Speed Design Review (SDR), Lean Software Development (LSD), and others.
? Create a community of NPD process professionals throughout platform/company to advance and accelerate deployment
? Leverage this community to share best practices and evolve DBS training material (main contact here is DBSO)
? Directly provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching
? Facilitate other DBS training sessions when appropriate (other trainers and consultants from Danaher, Shingijutsu, or other)
? Regularly participate in PD and Daily Management reviews
? Ensure successful kaizen events by installing and ensuring compliance to the kaizen process (includes; (1) planning of kaizens with a dynamic funnel process tied to PD and Daily Management, (2) kaizen execution and (3) sustainment of kaizens).
? Improve DBS training and facilitation skills by pursuing MBB/CT certification in DBS tools
? Evaluate and approve other DBSLs for MBB/CT certification
? Promote and facilitate associate development in NPD DBS tools
? Drive awareness and interest in NPD DBS Tools within platform/OpCo
? Benchmark and incorporate best practices
 
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
? B.S. in Engineering; MBA and/or advanced Engineering degree desired.
? 10+ years Product Development Experience including a range of projects
? Experience leading product development projects
? Experience managing product development organizations
