职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 处理线下到店客户问询、投诉与简单维修及保养
2. 负责门店周边小区的上门体验推广
3. 负责门店APP产品和组合机器人的体验推广
4. 负责公司售后服务政策在门店的落地和实施
5. 负责和当地维修网点对接，快速处理顾客维修机器的交付。
岗位要求：
1、 高中及以上学历，2年工作经验；
2、 具有一定的沟通、表达能力与团队合作精神；
3、 有过品牌售后服务和小区推广经验，具有一定的业务拓展能力。
