Site location: Wuxi, Jiangsu
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Performs various routine construction management assignments under the direction of site supervisor or construction manager
Reviews of construction documents submitted by contractors, ensures all documents related are well maintained
Inspects project concealed or key works to validate their quality, or require rectification and improvement
Inspects and accept all the materials, equipments delivered to site on time
Plant visit for inspection of manufacturing quality and progress of products or equipments
Routine site patrol and site daily records for his discipline, keeps the Site Supervisor or the Construction Manager informed daily of progress and problems
Monitoring of site construction to ensure the targets of quality, progress, safety have been achieved, require contractors for immediate rectification or improvement and report to supervisor or construction manager for any works not subject to project working procedures or site safety program
Attends all kinds of acceptance related to his discipline such as sub-item construction works
Construction drawing review for constructability, coordinate with design manager to take effective and early measures to lower the influence of change on site construction and project cost
Assists the Construction Manager to check and audit the completed work quantities of contractors regarding his discipline for project payment

Requirments:
1.Minimum 6 years working experience and 2 years in construction company
2.Working experience in EPCM company or owner position is preferred
3.Industrial project experience is mandatory required
4.Self-motivation for site management
5.Ability to use MS-program to prepare project report
