Responsibilities :
1) Bank payments processing (domestics and offshore payments submission)
2) Off-shore payments monitoring in SAFE system (including late payment application and register) and handling SAFE related issues
3) Employee concur reports checking, downloading to SAP and payment release, and employee traveling expenses enquiries.
4) Provide New employee onboard T&E training
5) Prepare and submit weekly bank balances report and assist monthly actual cashflow report
6) Report monthly offshore payment plan to Bank based on SAFE request.
7) Bank statements checking with SAP to ensure balances consistency
8) Work closely with Treasury specialist on funding transfer arrangement
9) Document filing
10) Other tasks upon request
11) Post Customs Input VAT invoices to SAP
12) As a Backup person for Customs VAT invoice entering to golden tax system
