职位描述：
"1.According to the company strategic objectives, implement the annual work plans of HR dept..
2.Manages recruitment process: interviews candidates, ensure properly qualified employees are recruited and hired for company positions, verifies references, prepares offer letters and conducts new hire orientation.
3.Organize and control the Implementation of performance assessment, to work out and implement employees' yearly development plan according with performance appraisal.
4.Responsible for coordinating labor relations, make positive communication with employees to help all departments establish a harmonious relations, handle labor disputes and employee complaints.
5.Conducts research into Human Resources programs and activities, and recommends changes and innovations when desirable.
7.Recommends and administers Human Resources policies for plant.
8.Provides guidance to management and employees on work related issues. Advises and assists employees, upon request, to resolve personal problems.
9.Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent in business or related field.
10.4 to 6 years of generalist experience is typically required, 3 years similar position experience is required.
11.Familiarity with Labor contract Law or applicable regulations.
12.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English.
13.Ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritize and work under pressure.
14.Good organizational skills.
15.Experience in EHS and administrative area (employees' dorm, food, transportation, etc.) is preferred." 举报 分享
