职位描述：
工作职责
Responsibilities :
1.负责公司员工薪酬、加班统计等工作；每月按时提供薪酬报表给财务部门；
  Prepare monthly payroll and OT calculation, provide monthly payroll and OT report to Accounting timely ;
2.负责外籍员工工作证办理；
 Be responsible of work licences for expatriates annually;
3. 负责员工的社保、商业保险以及其他相关福利业务；
   To be in charge of social security business, commerial insurance issues and other benefits plan;
4. 负责维护人员档案，做好入离职办理及合同管理；
   Be responsible for keeping personnel file and renew employees’ labor contract;Handle new hire on board and leaving procedure;
5. 协助公司资质认证相关工作
  Supporting company certificated Subsystems
6. Other work assigned by HR Manager.
  人力资源经理交代的其他工作。

Qualification
- 具备良好的中英文沟通能力
- Good written and oral communication skills
-工作细心负责，能够承担压力
 To be arefully and would like to take the responsibilities. Be able to work on high pressure.
- 熟悉相关的法律法规
 Be familiar with the related national laws & regulations and experienced.
