工作职责：
1、项目技术转移和验证，包括前期的准备，转移和验证实验，参与项目会议，项目进行过程跟进；
2、项目相关文件，QC Plan的撰写、审批和跟进；
3、收集项目所有物料的MSDS信息，并对实验室相关人员进行培训；
4、项目转移完成后，对Release QC小组进行方法培训，考核培训效果；
5、负责跟踪项目相关的DR，OOS，CR；
6、负责与其他部门就项目相关事务进行积极沟通，保证信息畅通；
7、关键原料和成品的放行；
8、清洗方法的开发，验证及报告，清洗QC-Plan生成后，对实验室进行培训；
9、参与实验室仪器管理；
10、规范安全操作，确保自身在工作区域的安全。
岗位要求：
1、学历：硕士以上
2、专业：药学/化学/分析
3、技能要求：熟悉分析仪器的使用, 英语熟悉, office软件操作熟练
4、工作经验：两年以上工作经验
