Objectives of the Position

Provide commercial support to key account management with reliable business data and analysis to assist in achieving business excellence

Main Tasks

· RFQ Management in due time with P/L simulation

· RFQ implementation monitoring

· Commercial relevant assistance, such as presentation etc.

· Support Operational Planning related CM1 before budget and forecast reporting

· Improve invoice forecast accuracy with account's support

· Sales Volume, Net Sales, CM1 report and analysis

· Commercial scenario simulation and analysis

· Set up productivity management process, if applied

· Productivity analysis and monitoring

· Cost Per Unit billing settlement process handling if applied

· Other assigned commercial related tasks

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

· Education: Bachelor or above in Marketing / Economics / Statistics / or comparable; Chemical with finance/accounting or business management majors preferred; MBA is a plus

· Working Experience: at least 3 months’ internship in MNCs

Technical & Professional Knowledge: well-developed EXCEL skills; SAP SD module key user preferred; good communication skills in English and Chinese; good presentation skills; knowledge in automotive Coatings/product costing is a plus
