Part 1. Describe the Position

Summary:

(1) Job Purpose: One-sentence description of the overall purpose/mission of the job; the rationale of why the job exists and how it contributes to the company.

A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.

1. Issue the export paperwork such as invoice, packing list and other relatived document.

2. Involved in the CIQ application for the legal products.

3. contact with forwarder for shipping arrangement such as loading based on the freight terms

4. Get the bill of lading or HAWB from forwarder; transfer all documents and the data of the ETD & ETA to customs.

5. Give the export customs declaration and tax refund cancellation of foreign exchange to Finance Dep.

6. submit the freight P.R to Finance Dep

7. Receive the shipping paperwork from scouring dep for import cargo. List the necessary element for customs declaration

8. Check the shipping invoice according to the contract.

9. Apply for the 3C certificate for some legal products. Also you should apply other certificate according to the commodity

10. Follow up the shipment. Such as inspection and customs declaration in case any other issue happened.

11. Inform the production ETA as the cargo is released. Sent the arrive notice to all relatived person.

12. Submit the import freight and Duty & Vat to Finance Dep.

13. record the delivery list for all import and export cargo

14. handle other affairs for the import and export task

15. Highly well communicate with production, purchasing and warehouse.

Part 2. Describe the Person

A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).

1. College degree or above with major in Logistics, International Trade or relevant

2. 2 years of experience in related capacity
Customs declarant certificate; inspection declarant certificate and tax refund cancellation certificate required

3. Software skills: Capability in spoken and written English well
