- Support the Sales Team in their daily organization and activities
协助销售部门组织和处理一切日常工作
- Handle daily requests/inquiries from small clients or small potential prospects:
处理客户或潜在客户的测试咨询
- send price lists
发送价格表给客户
- send testing request forms and relevant information (address, sample size needed, other needed documentations…)
发送客户所需表格和相关信息如(地址,所需样品尺寸,以及所需的其他文件资料等)
- reply inquiries and general questions (turnaround, services, organization) with support of Coordinators
协助实验室协调员回复测试咨询和关于测试周期,服务类型,组织管理等问题
- Prepare and send standard quotations
准备和发送标准的报价
- Handle the daily activity follow-up of one or two major customers and their suppliers
跟踪并支持一到两个大客户和其供应商的日常业务
- Keep client and prospect databases updated (with feedback from Sales Executives)
根据销售主管的反馈更新客户信息
- Maintain and communicate the Team’s weekly reports and weekly schedules
整理和收集部门的周报告和周行程安排
- Collect and centralize all information (supportive documents, offers, meeting reports…) related to each customer account and keep related databases updated
收集和整理信息(文件,报价,会议记录),整理更新每个客户相关账户和数据库
- Set-up final lay-out for client offers and for seasonal/yearly updates
为客户建立报价报表并做季度和年度更新
- Set-up final lay-out of client activity reviews (before meetings by Sales Executives)
建立拜访客户报表(销售会议前)
- Help in preparing clients/prospects meetings for Sales Executives (printing documents, organizing transportation, hotel booking, searching for basic info regarding companies…)
帮助销售主管准备与客户或潜在客户的会议,包括(打印资料,安排交通,酒店预订,搜索公司相关基本资料)
- Organize emailing for prospects/clients on specific topics (in cooperation with Sales Executives)
协助销售主管正对特殊客户要求建立适当的邮件沟通
- Prepare for Trade Shows to which CTC will participate as exhibitor or as visitor (invitations, specific communication, emailing…)
准备CTC作为展商或是参观者所需资料(邀请函,联系资料,邮件。)
- Participate to monthly sales meetings
参加月度销售会议
- Support communication between Sales Team and Technical Departments
做好销售部门与技术部门的沟通协调工作
Requested skills: 能力要求
- University degree or level
本科及以上学历
- Good command of oral and written English
英语说写流利
- First commercial department experience is a plus
有市场部工作经验尤佳
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
良好的沟通能力
- Dynamism and spontaneity
性格开朗,工作积极主动
