职位描述：

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

• Lead & Manage the Production & Maintenance functions.
• Produce Components & Finished Goods to meet the market Demands, via the Production Schedules
• Assist in developing WEN’s Capacity, to the projected strategic levels, for:

a. Production Mgt System

b. Waste Mgt System

c. Rework & Scrap System

d. Continuous Improvement Process

• Establish an effective Maintenance Structure and system

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure Production Schedule is maintained to meet quality, volume and delivery requirements. Responsible for production dept. work arrangement and production workflow control.
• Plan and control material supply in the working processes, ensure a smooth and fast parts flow.
• Control department cost & review regularly. Develop Innovation and Cost reduction programs.
• Ensure adherence to all TS procedures.
• Lead the Morning Meeting as the key guidance and structural Production meeting.
• Implement department training work to maintain a qualified production team.
• Implement the CIP in the workshop.
• Recognize and escalate, as needed, those issue identified as potential risks to, or, opportunities to improve plant performance.
• Document and escalate supplier issues/non-conformance.
• Responsible for ensuring all elements of operating parameters, documents and records are being adhered to.
• Ensure knowledge of and compliance with all regulations.
• Implement cleanness and tidiness work in the workshop; ensure a regularly checking and improving progress. Responsible for ensuring that all Team members understand their responsibilities for conducting inspections of processing, storage and work areas.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with all employee safety policies and procedures. Ensures the production team adheres and makes appropriate decisions in regards to all site policies and procedures to ensure that the plant meets all applicable local, State and Federal laws and regulations and adheres to the EHS requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanic Engineering is required.
• PM must have Production management experience and have worked in an automotive environment.
• Leadership attributes will need acquired and this will be a part of the future development for this role.
• PM’s performance and development will be reviewed regularly and an improvement path will be mutually agreed.

• Take line 1 subway to Maigaoqiao, take a taxi to Willi Elbe company need to pay roughly 30 RMB.
• Take line 2 subway to Xuezelu, take a taxi to Willi Elbe company need to pay roughly 25 RMB.
• You can take bus of 206 which from East of North Square of Nanjing Station to Shiyuecun.
