职位描述：
Job dimensions:
Provide plant with authoritative source of knowledge and leadership for all capital projects, maintenance-related efforts and for turn around preparation. Develop and manage plant capital budgets effectively. Works efficiently and effectively in a team environment as well as independently. Gives direction to the reliability + project engineering group and promotes continuous improvement. Ensure maintenance matters are addressed in a timely fashion along with capital Projects.
Safety data: Responsible for ensuring that all safety policies /practices are followed by all personnel and contractors involved in projects.

Activities
1.Is involved in safety improvement, will be in charge of incident analyses and will be aware or process hazard analyses for some projects
2.Takes leadership role to develop and implement the maintenance program for some big/critical equipment as specified.
3.Review carefully the technical proposal before to make decision
4.Is involved in the acceptance参与验收
5.Is in charge to check final cost of the project and to compare to the estimation and give explanations in case of gap
6.Manages and provides direction to the Reliability& Project groups
7.Drives continuous improvement efforts for the Project & reliability groups
8.Manages safety performance and activities of resident and non-resident contractors.
9.Monitors and tracks performance of the Project & reliability department
10.Prepares as needed in maintenance shutdown planning and scheduling
11.Develops skills of direct reports by providing both group and individual training
12.Works with purchasing department to devise contracts and service agreements
13.Develops and maintains plant capital budgets, contribute to be on budget for maintenance costs, as well as 5-year capital forecast.
14.Manages all plant capital project activity
15.Coordinates activities of all project team members and groups
16.Manages engineering contractors as projects require
17.Assures projects are designed and installed in compliance with applicable codes
18.As needed reviews and approves designs and specifications
19.Prepares bid packages and cost estimates for projects

Responsibility：
1.Occupational, process safety and environmental performance of the project &reliability personnel & contractors (LTIR, TRIR)
2.Project spending budget along
3.Turnarounds compliance to schedule and budgets
4.Overall units OAU.
5.Capital projects implementation on time and on budget
6.Compliance with ** company policies and procedures
7.Compliance with environmental regulations and permits

Requirement:
1.Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent experience. 举报 分享
