职位描述：
Qualification：
1. >5 years progressively responsible experience in FIE
2. Recent 3 years cost accounting experience
3. SAP implementation experience is a plus
4. Strong analytical, problem Solving skills with Financial Acumen
5. Computer skills in word-processing, spreadsheets and presentation packages (e.g. Microsoft Office)
6. Excellent communication skills are essential
7. Basic English language skills (reading and written)
8. Good internal control principle and risk protection in mind
9. Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and to react with discretion under varying conditions

Responsibility：
1. Control/analyze Raw material price with purchasing department
2. Review cost center overhead to ensure expenses are properly recorded and accrued
3. Prepare cost center report to each cost champion
4. Maintain regular material standard and actual cost
5. Process and manage job orders and responsible for monthly report of working in process
6. analyze variance, working with production support department to reduce cost
7. Responsible for Inventory reconciliation to truly reflect inventory receive, consumption and ending balance, develop metrics to control inventory level, and organizes physical inventory counting at appropriate timeline
8. Make monthly closing costing entries and ensure the accuracy of inventory value
9. Reconcile inventory value between sub-ledger and general ledger
10. Calculate cost for engineering change, rework and other cost charges
11. Proper maintain material master data cost section. Update standard cost and analyze cost variance
12. Monitor and control on production scrap
13. Assist supervisor for the related manufacturing cost analysis, cooperate to find the root cause of the deviation and keep the continuous monitoring of the deviation.
14. Monitoring cost accounting process (mainly on COGS) independently to ensure the smoothness of monthly and year end closing.
15. Assist supervisor for the quarterly forecast / mid-term forecast and annual budget.
16. Assist supervisor for the month end closing work
17. Keep close relationship with the relevant department, such as production, purchasing, LOGISTIC and also know-how to work together other department.
18. Review B.O.M / Labor Rate /Overhead Rate in SAP system periodically to ensure the standard cost is reasonable and accurate
19. Provide effective and accurate costing analysis for plant management to drive for further cost improvement.
20. Develops metrics to control operational costs, and attend monthly cost review meeting with costing package
