职位描述：
1、负责接收上级有关部门，各部、室发送的各种图纸、文件等资料，并登记造册，妥善保管。
2、负责发放预算合约部对外发送的各种图纸、文件等资料，并办理登记手续。
3、规范工程项目开发施工期间的各类图纸变更通知、工程合同及其它工程项目方面文件资料的收发，保管制度。
4、对各种工程资料进行科学的规范的编号、登记、复印。
5、负责管理好有关工程技术资料的归档保存和借阅管理，并按有关工程技术资料的重要性进行分类，及时清理作废资料不被误用。
6、发放的图纸资料必须留原件一份，连同发放清单一起存档。
7、负责定期整理工程档案，对工程各阶段的验收资料进行及时跟进完善及工程竣工备案工作。
8、负责往来函件、图纸、变更的及时发放。
9、对部门例会的会议纪要的整理工作。
10、完成交办的其他事宜。
任职资格：
1、土木工程、工民建、建筑工程、工程造价管理等相关专业中专及以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验，有造价员资格证书者优先。
2、熟练使用办公软件及办公自动化设备；
3、有耐心，责任心强，工作细致认真、积极主动、谨慎、条理性强，有团队合作精神。
