HR Manager/人事经理

EF Kids and Teens Franchise Operations

Job Overview:

HR Manager is responsible for the overall HR management of an EF Franchise school. Duties encompass the hiring and training of both local and expatriate staff, running an efficient HR operation day-to-day.

Supervision Relationship:

The HR Manager will report to center manager and will working with other function leaders such as sales manager, service manager, DOS, etc.

Roles and responsibilities:

Be sure HR operations in the school compliance with regulations and procedures of local government and EF franchise, work hard to increase the value the organization and human capital:

• Planning HR operations annually to support development of business;
• Finish talents selecting and be sure all recruitment missions could be finished in time, include CV sourcing, interviews management, on board process and so on;
• Manage the pay-roll process in the school;
• Manage the process of performance evaluation, be sure the team target will be under good control and tracking;
• Organize and delivery effective training programs to improve the skills and qualification of school employees;
• Keep good employee relationship and make good efforts for key talents retention;
• Manage and maintain all employee files include employment contract, handle all employment termination, contract extensions and related issues;
• Internal communication and handling employee complaints;
• Ad-hoc missions assigned when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and above, majored in HR management, business administration, education, psychology, etc.;
• Over 5 years of work experience with more than 2 years team management experience;
• Has passion for education industry, enjoy multinational work environment;
• Has good English communication skills;
• Team work spirits, good communication skill, and committee to the job;
• Be familiar with MS office.
