Job Description

? Participate and support Company's financial planning process including short term (1 year) and long term (3 years).
? Provide accurate monthly cash-flow forecast for the whole company in order to minimize cost of funding.
? Perform balance sheet ratio analysis to support on going pricing analysis in order to meet business target ROE
? Liaison with BU GMs to perform BU's monthly financial forecast including top-line and bottom line.
? Provide financial data to management committee and BU GMs in an effort to drive growth
? Participate in quarterly/ annually closing and reporting processes
? Deliver monthly rolling forecast, identifies and manages the risks and opportunities relevant to the period and explains drivers.
? Analyze variances and trends to determine changes in key business metrics vs. expectations
? Analyze monthly SG&A expenses and headcount. Identify productivity improvements and cost saving opportunities
? Provide financial analysis and pricing analysis support for company's business development projects
? Other ad hoc analytical work.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
2. Minimum 2-years financial analysis work experience, preferred with MNC.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner
2. Solid Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation
3. Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
4. Clear thinking/problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions; able to quickly grasp new ideas
5. Confidence/Assertiveness: strong influencing skills
6. Self-committed and good team player
