Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Department Management
oLead the development of HR strategies and business roadmaps.
oIdentify manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department.
oDirect the development and implementation of strategic human resource activities that drive organizational results, aligned with the company strategy
Performance Management
oCreate an environment of motivation to foster team members engagement to the fullest of their potential.
oPromote and exemplify a leader-led development culture within the department.
Organizational Effectiveness
oRemain current on business and industry knowledge; current and possible future polices, practices and trends to drive new thinking that enhances the organization’s performance
oFoster an environment where innovative thinking and intelligent risk taking is promoted
oComplete ongoing organizational effectiveness diagnosis, analyzing and reporting organizational issues and trends, and introducing and incorporating future workforce trends.
oImplement strategies that build and strengthen high performing teams
Talent Management
oDevelop a succession management and talent strategy, including the implementation of a talent review process within department.
oEmploy key talent retention and development strategies
Workforce Planning
oProactively identify future capabilities needed to drive the business and partner with recruiting team to build recruiting strategies to support these future needs
oManage workforce and headcount planning activities that support financial budgeting process
Strategic Communications
oProvide periodic department updates to review current status and future goals and objectives.
oArticulate compelling and inspiring visions and strategies.
Cost Management
oManage, measure and monitor costs within your department
Qualified candidates will have:
Demonstrated HR experience in the areas of employee relations, performance management, talent management, labor law, HR indicators and management of an HR organization.
Demonstrated capability in organizational effectiveness and change management
Excellent business acumen, data analysis, people management, coaching, stakeholder management, organizational assessment and organization development consulting.
Proven ability to work successfully in a team environment.
Ability to coach, advise and influence senior leaders on people strategies
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work with leaders and employees at all levels in a confidential manner.
Required Education/Experience :
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree with more than 10 years of experience and proven leadership experience.
Must have working experience in multi-national company for more than 5years.
