职位描述：

Process responsibility for the regional Demand Planning [DP] and S&OP process

Drives the regional Demand-review with the Commercial Organisation

Leads monthly regional S&OP meeting for the alignment of demand and assurance of its supply

Creates related KPI’s and reporting

Developing methods and tools to improve forecast accuracy to increase product availability and reduction of finished goods inventory

Participates in the Global Integrated Business Planning process

Participates in the cross-regional DP process alignment and demand consolidation

Drives cross functional coordination particularly with Sales, Marketing (ComOPs) and the global Supply Planning teams in Europe and North America as well as Regulatory to understand and plan against any possible constraint situation

Selection of statistical prognosis models and parameters and the related data maintenance in SAP APO

Supports and drives enhancements of the demandplanning process and APO DP functionalities

Position requirements, qualifications and experiences:

University Degree in economy or similar education

Minimum 5 years’ experience in material requirement planning [MRP] and strongly preferred in SAP APO

Fluent communication skills in English: Spoken and writing

Overall knowledge of SCM-Processes

Well experienced in SAP-modules

Excellent interpersonal communication

Experience in a multinational company as a plus
